Sahil Singh is an Advocate, practising primarily in real estate across India. Based out of Delhi, he works with corporates, developers, investors, and financial institutions — advising on transactions that demand both legal rigour and commercial clarity.

His transactional practice covers title due diligence, regulatory and statutory approvals, joint development structures, leasing and licensing arrangements, and end-to-end compliance management. He has advised on matters ranging from large-scale residential projects to commercial acquisitions and  infrastructure transactions.

On the contentious side, he represents clients before courts and tribunals on a pan-India basis, and regularly handles arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and complex negotiations. His approach to dispute resolution is outcome-driven — focused on resolving matters efficiently without losing sight of the client's broader commercial interests.
